Staff Survey

We conduct a formal staff survey every year. An outside partner hosts a confidential online study to find out what our employees think of working for Future. We take all responses very seriously and, as a result of previous surveys, we have increased holiday entitlements, invested in a new online appraisal system, and even opened a plush new London office in Balcombe Street. Employee Involvement Group

Set up in 2005, the Employee Involvement Group is a committee of 12 elected employees who meet with our Senior Management Team every quarter to keep staff informed about company strategies and to pass on employee concerns and ideas.  

Lunch And Learn Sessions

This regular forum allows different departments to showcase their work and new initiatives to other people in the business. It’s a great opportunity for staff to find out more about what their colleagues do, and while attendance is optional, the offer of a free lunch usually helps draw a large crowd!

The FWord

The FWord is a free monthly magazine for all employees. It covers all the latest news and gossip going on in Future. From reading about your colleagues’ secret talents, to getting the lowdown on how each department operates and exciting new commercial developments – The FWord is a must-read every month.

Coffee With The MD
As well as hosting an anonymous monthly email forum via the FWord magazine our MD, Robert Price, also runs regular coffee sessions, giving invited staff the opportunity to ask questions directly in an informal setting.

Company Forums

A formal company update occurs every six months, providing information on major company news including financial results, which is a great opportunity to get the facts straight from the Senior Management team.
